July 2018 Employee of the Month!
Here at Kelley’s we understand the importance of employee appreciation! The stronger our team, the stronger our company, the better service we provide our clients! Please congratulate our team members Ana and Kathleen for a job well done!
Every month we celebrate an outstanding employee who has gone above and beyond to help grow our company. This month we had two employees that made it more difficult than usual to pick only one. Ana and Kathleen have been so amazing how can we pick just one? We decided it was impossible and are celebrating both Ana and Kathleen for July Employee of the Month
Ana joined our team in April 2018. In the short amount of time she has been here she has not only shown tremendous improvement but she is very dedicated to her job. She is always open to new ideas and ways to improve as an agent. Her friendliness and kindness are a great addition to the Kelley’s team. When Ana is not at work she enjoys hiking while listening to country music. You can also find her eating at our local Olive Garden or shopping at the Columbia Center Mall.Thank you Ana for bringing your best to work every single day!
Kathleen has been with our team for more than six months. She also excels as one of our Bilingual Answering Service Agents. This month she has stepped up beyond measures and has taken on even more responsibility. Kathleen has joined the Kelley’s Sales Team. We are excited to see what she will accomplish and look forward to her success. When she is not as work she is out dancing or enjoying her time off with her daughter.Thank you Kathleen for helping Kelley’s grow!
Quotes that help Ana and Kathleen be their best:

“The best way to learn is by doing. The only way to build a strong work ethic is getting your hands dirty.” – Alex Spanos
We have amazing team members and appreciate all the energy and enthusiasm they bring to our organization. If you talk with them on the phone, or see them out in the community, give them a “Job Well Done”!
