Happy Anniversary Yvonne!

Kelley’s would like to thank and congratulate Yvonne on her 5-year anniversary!

Yvonne joined our staff in 2013. She started as a bilingual answering service agent. She then became a Team Lead for the answering service. Yvonne is now Kelley’s Director of Education. She helps train our exceptional agents on new accounts and system updates. If an agent ever needs help, Yvonne is there to save the day! We can’t wait to see what ideas Yvonne will come up with in the coming years.

Let us tell you a little about what motivates Yvonne and makes her an irreplaceable member of the Kelley’s team. Her motto in life is “Go for it…sometimes you have to take risks!” In her free time, she likes going out to get a drink at Bonefish with her family and friends. She also likes to shop at Macy’s and other stores at the Columbia Center Mall. Her favorite animals are dogs. She has two dogs, Bailey and Duke, whom she spends a lot of quality time with. Duke is featured in the picture below. Isn’t he adorable? She can often be found at Columbia Park taking Bailey and Duke on walks or playing fetch. She likes listening to music, except country music. She does not enjoy country music at all! She enjoys Spanish music the most, currently her favorite musician is Ozuna.
